Instructor guided small group class incorporating different combinations of movements utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower and/or Pilates Chair to achieve a full body Pilates based workout. Clients attending these classes will have access to their own full set of Pilates Equipment. The small class size allows instructors to give you individualized attention and exercise modifications when needed.
Instructor guided small group class utilizing the Pilates Tower. Pilates Tower classes utilize a system of spring resistance and bars to strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles. Clients attending these classes will have access to their own Pilates Tower. The small class size allows instructors to give you individualized attention and exercise modifications when needed.
Instructor guided small group class focusing on the Pilates Reformer utilizing the Jump Board in place of the Foot Bar. Pilates Jump Board classes provide a cardio based full body Pilates workout. Clients attending these classes will have access to their own Pilates Reformer. The small class size allows instructors to give you individualized attention and exercise modifications when needed. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or physical limitations.
Instructor guided small group class utilizing the Pilates Chair. The Pilates Chair is considered to be the most challenging piece of Pilates Equipment and will provide clients with a challenging athletic full body Pilates workout. Clients attending these classes will have access to their own Pilates Chair. The small class size allows instructors to give you individualized attention and exercise modifications when needed. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or physical limitations.
Pilates Circuit is an Instructor guided fun and dynamic larger small group training class held in our Pilates Studio. Clients are paired up to share a full station of Pilates equipment. The pairs switch between the Pilates Reformer and Tower, Chair and/or Mat throughout the class performing a variety of exercises to achieve a full body Pilates based workout.
High Intensity Interval Training Pilates is an Instructor guided dynamic and intense cardio interval training fitness class utilizing Pilates Equipment. This larger small group class can accommodate up to 3 clients per Pilates Equipment Station. The class consists of 3 challenging circuits through 3 Pilates Equipment stations: Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair and Spring Tower performing challenging exercises for timed intervals. Be prepared to sweat! This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or physical limitations.
Develop a dancer’s long, lean muscles and flexibility with Barre Forma, a NYC-style Ballet Barre fitness class. Movements are fast paced, intense isometric and isotonic exercises that are done at the ballet barre and on the mat. This dynamic class is both a sculpting and cardiovascular workout all in one. Heart Rates are elevated throughout the class for maximum calorie burn, improves core strength, posture and balance, increases flexibility, strengthens, tones and streamlines the entire body. Balances and strengthens muscles, lessening the risk of injury. This class is a group fitness class held in the Group Fitness room at ROK.
Add variety to your Pilates routine with this challenging Mat Pilates class utilizing different props each week. Props may consist of stability balls, BOSU, small balls, resistance bands or Pilates rings to assist in targeting the core, legs, butt and arms for a full body Pilates workout. This class is a group fitness class held in the Group Fitness room at ROK.

Carla is the Owner of Bella Forma Pilates. Carla discovered Pilates in 2004 and found it to be her true passion. Pilates encompasses the body, mind and spirit for an overall total workout . . . a safe, intelligent form of exercise for overall wellness. Carla holds certifications with IMX Pilates, PHI Pilates, Balanced Body Pilates and Stott Pilates in Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair. She attends workshops on a regular basis and is committed to lifelong learning to share with and motivate her clients. Carla began her fitness career 25 years ago and is certified as a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer through ACE and AFAA as well as Spinning certified.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from Towson State University. In addition to 20 years of teaching experience she holds several certifications including: IM=X Pilates; AAAI/ISMA Pilates, Yoga and Pre/Post Natal; AFAA Group Fitness and Personal Training. She believes that everyone has the ability to benefit from Pilates all it takes is a willingness to learn.
Renee is a PHI certified Pilates Instructor since 2014, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hofstra University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Downstate University. Renee’s teaching style is focused on form and functionality. Her classes flow seamlessly through a series of dynamic and challenging Pilates exercise sequences, providing clients with a full body workout.
Mary teaches Barre Forma and is a certified Barre Method Instructor since 2014. Mary is also an AAPTE Certified Personal Trainer and a PHI certified Mat Pilates Instructor. Mary’s philosophy with teaching begins and ends with form. She reinforces proper form throughout her classes so that clients receive the safest and most effective work out for them.
All studio equipment and group class signups can be made via the MindBody scheduling system. Simply click the Book a Class Box on the homepage. New clients with no prior Pilates Equipment training experience must take a minimum of 2 Pilates Equipment Introductory classes before attending a Group Pilates Equipment Class. Please note that all studio appointments have a 24 Hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel your class with the minimum notice will result in a full class charge. When purchasing classes, please take note of your expiration date.
